If you can't find the help you need on this site or your are having problems with any part of Share Trade Tracker that you cannot resolve then access the XLAutomation Knowledge Base which contains solutions to known problems. You can also submit a request for support to advise the support team of a new problem or issue. Once a new support ticket is received a member of the XLAutomation Support team will review your request and get back to you usually within 24 hours.
The fastest way to get direct support is to give the support team as much information as possible to describe the request or problem. Here is a list of the things that you should include in your support request
A full description of the issue
Windows version (eg Win 7, Win 8.1)
Office version (eg Office 2010, Office 2013)
Screen Shots of any errors or information to explain the request, use Problem Step Recorder
A copy of the Share Trade Tracker workbook
